It's hard to believe that it's already been two whole years since I took over The Barker Lounge in Alpharetta! I couldn't be happier with my decision to professionally enter the doggy world, and couldn't be prouder of of the vast improvements we've made in this short time!

To celebrate our two-year milestone, we're offering
ALL-DAY DAYCARE FOR JUST $22/day
through the entire month of February!

Below are just a few of the exciting changes we've made over the past two years:

• Doubled our Staff!
Our increased staffing has allowed us to provide smaller and safer play groups, with the highest employee-to-dog ratio in the area. And it's sped up your wait times at Check-In and Check-Out each day!

• Enhanced our employee training program!
All of our employees are required to participate in our proprietary employee-training program, as well as continuing-education and ongoing testing to ensure quality employees at every level. Only employees who successfully keep up with our program, pass their tests, and meet carefully designed standards are permitted to care for your pets.

• Revamped our Animal Management Program!
We've gone to great lengths to rebuild our Animal Management Program to be one that is unparalleled in the pet care industry. The program is focused, above all else, on the safety and well being of your pups. It involves not just proper group management, but also canine stress management, understanding group dynamics, proper acoustical management & facility engineering, thoughtful management of your doggy's daily routine, improved dog grouping and group leader assignments, as well as a plethora of other procedures and protocols that we've fine tuned!

• More Shaded Play Space!
We've added over 1,200sf of shaded play space to our outdoor play yards, giving the dogs plenty of options for shade during warmer months.

• Launched our Customer Feedback Portal
Doggy Mommies and Daddies now have an exciting new way of staying in touch with their doggies when they're at their Barker Lounge sleep-overs!

• Reservations and Cancellations
We've adjusted our Reservations and Cancellations policies to make both daycare and boarding reservations more accessible!

...and this is all just the tip of the iceberg! The changes are plentiful and will continue to evolve as we work hard to adjust our ways, to accommodate your needs and the needs of your pooches!
